These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the G12 website at g12.ae, the G12 Business Setup plugin, and related digital services provided by GTwelve Corporate Services Providers Co. 1. About G12

G12 is an independent corporate service provider and business consultancy. We are not a government authority, free zone, bank, or visa-issuing entity. Our services are provided on a consulting and facilitation basis in coordination with relevant authorities and third-party institutions.

Information provided through our website, plugin, or consultations is general guidance about UAE business setup and related services. It is not legal, tax, accounting, immigration, banking, or other regulated professional advice. Requirements, fees, eligibility, processing times, and authority decisions may change and may depend on your circumstances.

Using the website or plugin does not itself create a client relationship or guarantee approval, availability, pricing, or a particular outcome. Any paid service, quotation, or engagement is subject to the written terms provided for that service.

3. Using the G12 Business Setup plugin

The plugin will request your contact details only when you choose to submit an enquiry. Please review the information before you consent to share it. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it.

4. Enquiries and submitted information

When you submit an enquiry, you authorise G12 to use the details you provide to respond to your request and discuss relevant services.
